General conditions of sale (G.C.V.)  
applicable to individuals and professionals 

I. Legal notices and general conditions of sale:

MineralCharm carries out an online sales activity of minerals from natural collections, professional jewelry creations and presentation accessories.

Our products are carefully selected from authorized suppliers and/or directly on the deposits. We aim to offer high quality minerals at the most appropriate amounts.

Our team selects only entirely natural minerals, avoiding repairs and/or restorations that can modify or alter the specimens on sale. 

In case of modifications and/or human interventions, they will be specified on the description page of the mineral as well as on the sales invoice.

If available, minerals are only presented on the site. In case of sale on fairs or other platforms, all the links are grouped on the descriptive page of the mineral in question to avoid any confusion.

The prices of our products are indicated in Canadian Dollar ($CA) and correspond to the price of each item, excluding shipping costs. Taxes are non-deductible and vary by province or country.

NB: For European customers, VAT is not applicable (Article 293B of the CGI)

II. Refund policy and conditions :

MINERALCHARM’s refund policy is of 10 days after the reception of your order.  If more than 10 days have passed since receiving your purchase, unfortunately we cannot offer you a refund .

All our items are natural stones and fossils.  Please understand that there will be NO refund for slight variations in texture, pattern and/or color on the pieces you receive from what is shown in the pictures.

​

Refund conditions :

• An item must be BROKEN and in its original packaging upon reception of your package to be eligible for a refund. Please email a picture to: contact@mineralcharm.com.

• No claims will be accepted in relation to specimen sizes (this being specified on each product).

• Each fossil or natural stone are photographed with the greatest attention but it remains that the variability of colors, intensity of colors or crystalline forms appear according to the types of lighting (the colors via computers also).

• Items such as Gift Cards, Items on sale or out of stock and shipping costs are not refundable.

• Certain exceptional situations may grant partial refunds in agreement with sellers and buyers.

• Only the products known as Articles on sale at regular price can be accepted for refund. Products in balances are automatically refused upon refund.

• Exchanges may apply to defective or damaged items. If you need to exchange it for the same article, email us at contact@mineralcharm.com and send your article to the address that will be communicated directly to you.

If applicable refund :

Once a returned product is received and inspected, we will send you an email to inform you of its reception and the refund decision (approval or rejection).
If your application is granted, your refund will be processed and a credit will be automatically applied to your credit card or original payment method, within a specified time frame.

If late or missing refund (if applicable):

If you have not yet received a refund, first check your bank account and contact your credit card company (or bank). The refund can be not instant and requires some time before your refund is officially published.

Expedition fees :

You are responsible for paying your own shipping costs for the return of your item.  Shipping costs are non-refundable.  If you receive a refund, the return costs will be deducted from your refund. MINERALCHARM does not refund customs fees and/or international taxes.
Depending on your place of residence, the time it takes for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.

If you are shipping an item over $50 CAD, we recommend that you use a tracking shipping service and/or purchase a shipping insurance. We do not guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Intellectual properties :

MineralCharm is the sole owner of the site’s texts, videos, graphics and images. 

Any reproduction or publication, total or partial adaptation of the site, whatever the means or the process used, is prohibited, unless we have given prior authorization.

For the Collection section, it allows free downloading of our photos only for personal or non-commercial use on social networks. THE condition is to have the words "©MineralCharm" appear on the picture, as well as a link to the site: www.mineralcharm.com . If you want pictures for professional or commercial use, contact us.

In order to always offer a qualitative content and a follow-up of our products, MineralCharm offers several times a month new collectibles. In addition, as the promotions are based on arrivals, we invite you to subscribe to the «newsletter» without the need to create an account on this site.
